Structure.
Steadiness.
A Paris-based coaching practice rooted in periodised programming, movement precision, and an evidence-informed approach to physical development.
The Coaching Framework
Each engagement at Falrone begins with a structured intake: movement screening, goal-setting framework, and an initial body composition assessment. From this baseline, a periodised plan is constructed.

Falrone operates as a private coaching practice in the 9th arrondissement. Each programme is individually authored — not drawn from a generic template — with loading, volume, and recovery structured to the individual's weekly schedule and stated objectives.
The studio accepts a defined number of one-to-one clients per month. Enquiries are reviewed before a complimentary intake consultation is offered.
